House Rules and Important Information
We remind you that the voltage in Gramado is 220V.
Check-in & Check-out: Standard check-in is free from 3pm to 10pm, and check-out from 8am to 11am. Changes to these times depend on availability and have a reception fee of R$ 100.00.
The minimum time between booking and check-in is 3 hours.
It is mandatory to send a photo ID document for all guests before check-in.
The apartment must be returned in order: with no dirty dishes, rubbish collected and food scraps properly disposed of or stored for donation. Non-compliance may result in a fine of R$ 110.00.
Quiet Hours: The building has two strict quiet periods: from 11:30am to 1:30pm and from 10pm to 8am.
Use exclusively the parking space designated for the apartment. It is prohibited to park incorrectly or use third-party spaces.
Security and Consumption: When leaving the property, make sure to close all windows and turn off lights, TVs and air conditioning units.
The property accommodates up to 6 people. Note: This property has a fixed rate for up to 3 guests. Above this number, there is a charge per additional guest calculated automatically by the platform. At the time of booking, please inform correctly the total number of adults, children and babies that will be part of your stay.
