House Rules and Important Information
We remind you that the voltage in Gramado is 220V.
Check-in & Check-out: Standard check-in is free from 3pm to 10pm, and check-out from 8am to 11am. Changes to these times depend on availability and have a reception fee of R$ 100.00.
The minimum time between booking and check-in is 3 hours.
It is mandatory to send a photo ID document for all guests before check-in.
The apartment must be returned in order: with no dirty dishes, rubbish collected and food scraps properly disposed of or stored for donation. Non-compliance may result in a fine of R$ 110.00.
Respect your neighbours' peace and quiet. The building has two strict quiet periods: from 11:30am to 1:30pm and from 10pm to 8am.
Use exclusively the parking space designated for the apartment. It is strictly forbidden to park incorrectly or use third-party spaces.
When leaving the property, make sure to close all windows and turn off the lights and split air conditioning units.
This property has a fixed rate for up to 4 guests. Above this number, there is a charge per additional guest added automatically by the platform. At the time of booking, please inform the correct total number of adults, children and babies.
