Free check-in occurs from 3pm to 10pm, and check-out from 8am to 11am. Changes to these times depend on availability and have a convenience fee of R$ 100.00.
It is mandatory to send a photo ID document for all guests before check-in.
The minimum time between booking and check-in is 3 hours.
The apartment has a fixed rate for up to 5 guests. Additional guests have an extra fee calculated automatically.
Please include all adults, children and babies at the time of booking.
The condominium has 2 quiet hours: from 11:30am to 1:30pm and from 10pm to 8am.
The apartment has 3 parking spaces. It is forbidden to use them incorrectly or to use other spaces.
The property must be returned organised. We ask that you collect the rubbish, close the windows, switch off electrical appliances and do not leave dirty dishes (leftover food should be kept for donation or discarded). Non-compliance may result in a fine of R$ 110.00.
