Located at Praça das Rosas, in the heart of Gramado, about 500m from Covered Street and about 200m from Crooked Street, you will find bars, markets, restaurants just steps from the apartment!
House Rules:
Gramado is 220V.
Check-in is free from 3 pm to 10 pm and check-out from 8 am to 11 am. These times may be changed subject to availability and reception fee (R$100.00).
The apartment must be returned organized: no dirty dishes, food leftovers must be properly stored for donation or discarded, garbage must be collected. Non-compliance may result in a fine (R$110.00).
Appliances that were turned on must be turned off and windows closed.
There are two building silence hours: from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm and from 10 pm to 8 am.
Three parking spaces will be provided. It is expressly forbidden to use them incorrectly or use other spaces.
This property has a fixed rate for 5 guests, with each addition having an extra guest fee automatically calculated when informing the number of people. At the time of booking, all adults, children, and babies who will be staying must be reported.
Minimum time between booking and check-in is 3 hours.
All guests must provide a photo ID by check-in.
