The base rate covers up to 5 guests. Beyond that, there is a charge per extra guest calculated automatically. Please include adults, children and babies in your booking. The apartment must be returned clean and tidy. Dishes washed, rubbish collected and food scraps stored for donation or discarded. (Non-compliance incurs a fine of R$ 110.00). When leaving, switch off appliances and close windows.
Strict compliance with building hours: from 11:30am to 1:30pm and from 10pm to 8am. Parking: Use strictly the two spaces allocated to the apartment. It is forbidden to use other spaces.
