Located in a safe area, 200m from Carrefour supermarket, it will also provide great restaurants, shops and pharmacies nearby!
Cosy in every way, the apartment has two bedrooms, one suite and a complete social bathroom! In the social area you will have a spacious living room with 3 environments (living, dining and kitchen) with a closed veranda, barbecue and fireplace! Imagine enjoying moments with one of the best views of Vale do Quilombo!
In the complete kitchen you will have at your disposal a dishwasher, oven and hob, fridge with freezer, air fryer, sandwich maker and blender!
For the colder moments, the apartment has heating (there is a daily fee when used) and fireplace! For the warmer moments, fans in all rooms will cool you down! All bedrooms have a queen bed and TV with open channels!
Two linear parking spaces and complete bedding for your stay will be provided!

Gramado is 220V.
Check-in is free from 3pm to 10pm and check-out is from 8am to 11am. These times may be changed subject to availability and a reception fee (R$100.00).
The apartment must be returned in an organised state: with no dirty dishes, food scraps must be properly stored for donation or disposed of, and rubbish must be collected. Non-compliance may result in a fine (R$110.00).
Appliances that have been switched on must be switched off and windows must be closed.
There are two quiet hours in the building: from 11:30am to 1:30pm and from 10pm to 8am.
One parking space will be provided. It is strictly forbidden to use it incorrectly or to use other spaces.
This property has a fixed rate for 4 guests; for each additional guest there is an extra guest fee calculated automatically when you inform the number of people. At the time of booking, all adults, children and babies staying must be informed.
Minimum time between booking and check-in: 3 hours.
All guests must provide a photo ID by check-in.
