This apartment can be your new opportunity to Live Gramado like a Gramadense! Its privileged location, on the corner of Joaquina Rita Bier lake, about 600 metres from Torta Street will allow you to enjoy the centre without needing a car! There will be a market, pharmacy, shops and restaurants at your feet!
On the main floor we have a complete kitchen with barbecue, living and dining rooms, two bedrooms with double beds, one complete social bathroom and a veranda with privileged view of the lake! On the upper floor is the third bedroom (with a queen bed, a single bed and a bunk bed) with a balcony, a bathroom and a veranda.
The apartment also has a complete trousseau and a garage space!

House Rules:
Gramado is 220v.
Check-in is free from 3 pm to 10 pm and check-out from 8 am to 11 am. These times may be changed subject to availability and reception fee (R$100.00).
The apartment must be returned organised: without dirty dishes, food remains must be properly stored for donation or discarded, rubbish must be collected. Non-compliance may result in a fine (R$110.00). Appliances that were turned on must be switched off and windows closed.
There are two quiet hours in the building: from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm and from 10 pm to 8 am.
One parking space will be provided. It is strictly forbidden to use it incorrectly or use other spaces.
At the time of booking, all adults, children, and babies who will be staying must be reported.
This property has a fixed rate for 06 guests, with each addition incurring an extra guest fee calculated automatically when informing the number of people.
Minimum time between booking and check-in is 3 hours.
All guests must provide a photo ID by check-in.
