The bedrooms are distributed as follows:

- Bedroom 3 (Suite/Master with Balcony): Equipped with 1 Queen bed, 1 single bed and 1 bunk bed, 1 exclusive balcony.
House Rules:
- Gramado is 220v.
- Check-in is free from 3pm to 10pm and check-out from 8am to 11am. These times may be changed subject to availability and reception fee (R$100.00).
- The apartment must be returned organised: with no dirty dishes, food scraps must be properly stored for donation or discarded, rubbish must be collected. Non-compliance may result in a fine (R$110.00). Appliances that were switched on must be switched off and windows closed.
- There are two quiet hours in the building: from 11:30am to 1:30pm and from 10pm to 8am.
- One parking space will be provided. It is strictly forbidden to use it incorrectly or to use other spaces.
- At the time of booking, all adults, children and babies staying during the visit must be informed.
- This property has a fixed rate for 06 guests, for each additional guest there is an extra guest fee calculated automatically when entering the number of people.
- Minimum time between booking and check-in 3 hours.
- All guests must provide a photo ID by check-in.
