House Rules and Important Information
Gramado is 220V.
Check-in & Check-out: Standard check-in is free from 3pm to 10pm, and check-out from 8am to 11am. Changes depend on availability and have a reception fee of R$ 100.00.
The minimum time between booking and check-in is 3 hours.
All guests must provide a photo ID before check-in.
Pets are welcome! We love animals, but the owner must take full responsibility for cleaning and noise. Non-compliance will result in a fine of R$ 110.00.
Organisation on Departure: The apartment must be returned in order. We ask that you collect the rubbish, do not leave dirty dishes and store or dispose of food scraps. Failure to comply may result in a fine of R$ 110.00.
The condominium has two strict quiet hours: from 11:30am to 1:30pm and from 10pm to 8am.
Use strictly the two parking spaces allocated to the property. It is forbidden to use third-party spaces.
When leaving, make sure to close all windows and turn off electrical appliances/air conditioning units.
The property comfortably accommodates up to 22 guests. Note: The base rate is fixed for up to 08 guests. From then on, there is a charge per additional guest calculated automatically by the platform.
