Important Information
- Gramado is 220V.
- Check-in is free from 3pm to 10pm, and check-out until 11am. Changes depend on availability and have a reception fee of R$ 100.00.
- The minimum time between booking and check-in is 3 hours.
- All guests must provide a photo ID before check-in.
- Pets are welcome! The owner must take full responsibility for cleaning and noise. Non-compliance results in a fine of R$ 110.00.
- The apartment must be returned in order. We ask that you do not leave dirty dishes and store or dispose of food scraps.
- The condominium has two strict quiet hours: from 11:30am to 1:30pm and from 10pm to 8am.
- Use strictly the two parking spaces allocated to the property. It is forbidden to use third-party spaces.
- When leaving, make sure to close all windows and turn off electrical appliances/air conditioning units.
- The property comfortably accommodates up to 22 guests, with a fixed rate for up to 08 guests. From that point on, there is a charge per additional guest calculated automatically by the platform. Please make sure to include all adults, children and babies at the time of booking.
