House Rules:
- Gramado is 220V.
- The apartment must be returned organised: with no dirty dishes, food scraps must be properly stored for donation or discarded, rubbish must be collected. Non-compliance may result in a fine (R$110.00). Appliances that were switched on must be switched off and windows must be closed.
- There are two quiet hours in the building: from 11:30 to 13:30 and from 22:00 to 08:00.
- Check-in is free from 15:00 to 22:00 and check-out is from 08:00 to 11:00. These times may be changed subject to availability and a reception fee (R$100.00)
- Two parking spaces will be provided. It is strictly forbidden to use them incorrectly or to use other spaces.
- This property has a fixed rate for 04 guests, each additional guest incurs an extra guest fee. At the time of booking, all adults, children and babies staying must be informed.
- This property has a heating fee of R$50.00/day.
