The apartment in Gramado has 2 bedrooms and capacity for 6 people. A cosy and modern 60 m² accommodation. Located 150 m from the "RUA COBERTA" city, 600 m from the "SUPERMERCADO NACIONAL" supermarket and situated in a residential area and urban centre. It has a lift, washing machine, tumble dryer, barbecue, fireplace, iron, hair dryer, central heating, garage in the same building, 2 televisions. The gas kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, electric jug and juice machine.

Gramado is 220V.
The apartment must be delivered organised: without dirty dishes, food remains must be properly stored for donation or discarded, rubbish must be collected. Non-conformities may result in a fine (R$110.00).
Appliances that were turned on must be switched off and windows closed.
There are two building silence periods: from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm and from 10 pm to 8 am.
Check-in is free from 3 pm to 10 pm and check-out from 8 am to 11 am. These times may be altered subject to availability and reception fee (R$100.00)
Two parking spaces will be provided. It is expressly forbidden to use them incorrectly or use other spaces.
This property has a fixed rate for 04 guests, with an additional fee for extra guests. At the time of booking, all adults, children, and babies who will be staying must be reported.
This property has a heating fee of R$50.00/day.
