Integrated living room with fireplace, dining area with table that comfortably accommodates up to 06 guests, and fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, cooker, oven, microwave, coffee maker and sandwich maker, laundry room with washer and dryer machine, complete bathroom to serve the second bedroom and visitors.

The bedrooms are distributed as follows:
Master Suite: 1 Double Bed, TV, Split Air Conditioning (Hot/Cold) and private bathroom with bathtub.
Standard Bedroom: 1 Double Bed (or accommodation for up to 2 guests), TV, Split Air Conditioning (Hot/Cold).

House Rules:
- Gramado is 220v.
- Check-in is free from 3pm to 10pm and check-out from 8am to 11am. These times may be altered subject to availability and reception fee (R$100.00).
- The apartment must be returned organised: with no dirty dishes, food scraps must be properly stored for donation or discarded, rubbish must be collected. Non-compliance may result in a fine (R$110.00). Appliances that were switched on must be switched off and windows closed.
- There are two quiet hours in the building: from 11:30am to 1:30pm and from 10pm to 8am.
- One parking space will be provided. It is strictly forbidden to use it incorrectly or to use other spaces.
- At the time of booking, all adults, children and babies staying must be informed.
- Minimum time between booking and check-in is 3 hours.
- All guests must provide a photo ID by check-in. The bathtub does not have a jacuzzi.
