The property features an internal barbecue integrated into the living room and a cosy fireplace, hot/cold split air conditioning in the living room and all bedrooms, two garage spaces, high-speed internet and complete bed and bath linens for your stay.

House Rules:
- Gramado is 220v.
- Check-in is free from 3pm to 10pm and check-out from 8am to 11am. These times may be changed subject to availability and reception fee (R$100.00).
- The apartment must be returned organised: with no dirty dishes, food scraps must be properly stored for donation or discarded, rubbish must be collected. Non-compliance may result in a fine (R$110.00). Appliances that were switched on must be switched off and windows closed.
- There are two quiet hours in the building: from 11:30am to 1:30pm and from 10pm to 8am.
- Two parking spaces will be provided. It is strictly forbidden to use them incorrectly or to use other spaces.
- This property has a fixed rate for 5 guests; for each additional guest there is an extra guest fee calculated automatically when you inform the number of people. At the time of booking, all adults, children and babies staying must be informed.
- Minimum time between booking and check-in: 3 hours.
- All guests must provide a photo ID by check-in.
