Charming living room integrating living, dining and gourmet space. The American kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and all the utensils necessary to prepare delicious meals.

For your comfort, the apartment has air conditioning in the living room and in one bedroom, as well as electric heaters for colder days. High-speed Wi-Fi internet and an iron are also available.

The location is one of the highlights since it is very close to the Semprebon supermarket and 2km from the famous Covered Street, one of the main tourist attractions in Gramado.

One parking space included. In the internal area, you can still enjoy a barbecue grill, perfect for moments of relaxation.

Important: pets are not allowed and smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.

House Rules:
- Gramado is 220v.
- Check-in is free from 3pm to 10pm and check-out from 8am to 11am. These times may be changed subject to availability and reception fee (R$100.00).
- The apartment must be returned organised: with no dirty dishes, food scraps must be properly stored for donation or discarded, rubbish must be collected. Non-compliance may result in a fine (R$110.00). Appliances that were switched on must be switched off and windows must be closed.
- There are two quiet hours in the building: from 11:30am to 1:30pm and from 10pm to 8am.
- One parking space will be provided. It is strictly forbidden to use it incorrectly or to use other spaces.
- At the time of booking, all adults, children and babies staying must be informed.
- Minimum time between booking and check-in is 3 hours.
- All guests must provide a photo ID by check-in.
