- Check-in is free from 3pm to 10pm and check-out from 8am to 11am. These times may be changed subject to availability and a reception fee (R$100.00).
- The apartment must be returned tidy: with no dirty dishes, food scraps must be properly stored for donation or disposed of, rubbish must be collected. Non-compliance may result in a fine (R$110.00). Appliances that were switched on must be switched off and windows closed.
- There are two quiet hours in the building: from 11:30am to 1:30pm and from 10pm to 8am.
- The apartment has a garage in a private 24-hour car park approximately 100m from the building.
- At the time of booking, all adults, children and babies staying must be informed.
- The property has a fixed rate for up to two people. For each additional guest, an extra guest fee is calculated automatically when you enter the number of guests.
- Minimum time between booking and check-in: 3 hours.
