Check-in is free from 3pm to 10pm and check-out from 8am to 11am. These times may be altered subject to availability and reception fee (R$100.00).
The apartment must be returned organised: with no dirty dishes, food scraps must be properly stored for donation or discarded, rubbish must be collected. Non-compliance may result in a fine (R$110.00).
Appliances that have been switched on must be switched off and windows must be closed.
There are two quiet hours in the building: from 11:30am to 1:30pm and from 10pm to 8am.
One parking space will be provided. It is strictly forbidden to use it incorrectly or to use other spaces.
At the time of booking, all adults, children and babies staying must be informed.
The property has a fixed rate for up to two people. For each additional guest, an extra guest fee is calculated automatically when you inform the number of guests.
Minimum time between booking and check-in: 3 hours.
All guests must provide a photo ID by check-in.
