The apartment features a suite with a queen bed and a double bed in the living room, 2 bathrooms, 1 full bathroom and 1 half bathroom, and 1 parking space. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, coffee maker, oven, microwave and all the utensils necessary for preparing family meals. The property also has Wi-Fi, TV and an iron and hot/cold air conditioning in the living room and in the suite.

House Rules:
- Gramado is 220V.
- Check-in is free from 3pm to 10pm and check-out from 8am to 11am. These times may be altered subject to availability and reception fee (R$100.00).
- The apartment must be returned organised: with no dirty dishes, food scraps must be properly stored for donation or discarded, rubbish must be collected. Non-compliance may result in a fine (R$110.00). Appliances that were switched on must be switched off and windows must be closed.
- There are two quiet hours in the building: from 11:30am to 1:30pm and from 10pm to 8am.
- One parking space will be provided. It is strictly forbidden to use it incorrectly or to use other spaces.
- This property has a fixed rate for 4 guests; for each additional guest there is an extra guest fee calculated automatically when the number of people is informed. At the time of booking, all adults, children and babies staying must be informed.
- Minimum time between booking and check-in: 3 hours.
- All guests must provide a photo ID by check-in.
