The condominium includes 1 private garage space for your vehicle. Being very complete, it allows free access to its infrastructure which includes a heated swimming pool (perfect for relaxing after walks) and a safe and fun play area for children.
Spacious living and dining areas, integrated with the American kitchen, functional and modern, with countertop and stools, which comfortably accommodates up to 6 people.
The property has 1 private bathroom in the suite and 1 complete social bathroom to serve the common areas.
The bedrooms are distributed as follows:
Bedroom 1 – Suite. One double bed and complete bedding for all guests.
Bedroom 2 – Two single beds plus spare mattress. Flexible overnight capacity for up to 5 people in the property.
House Rules
- The local electrical network in Gramado is 220V.
- Check-in/Out: Free entry from 3pm to 10pm. Departure from 8am to 11am. (Changes depend on availability and have a reception fee of R$ 100.00). Minimum period of 3 hours between booking and check-in, with mandatory submission of photo identification from all guests.
- The base rate covers up to 4 guests. Additional guests (including children and babies) have an extra fee calculated in the system at the time of booking.
- The property must be returned clean and organised (dishes washed, rubbish collected and windows/appliances closed/switched off). Non-compliance incurs a fine of R$ 110.00.
- Quiet hours are strictly enforced by the condominium: from 11:30am to 1:30pm and from 10pm to 8am.
- Correct and strict use of the designated parking space is mandatory.
