The apartment must be delivered organised: without dirty dishes, food remains must be properly stored for donation or discarded, rubbish must be collected. Non-compliance may result in a fine (£110.00).

There are two quiet hours in the building: from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm and from 10 pm to 8 am.
Check-in is free from 3 pm to 10 pm and check-out from 8 am to 11 am. These times may be changed subject to availability and reception fee (£70.00).
Pets are welcome, but it is necessary to be responsible for their mess and noise. Non-compliance may result in a fine (£110.00).
One parking space will be provided. It is expressly forbidden to use it incorrectly or use other spaces.
At the time of booking, all adults, children, and babies who will be staying must be reported.
