- Free check-in from 3pm to 10pm. Check-out by 11am. Changes depend on availability and have a reception fee of R$ 100.00.
- The fixed rate for this apartment is for up to 3 guests. For each additional guest, there is an extra guest fee calculated by the system. Please include all adults, children and babies at the time of booking.
- We accept pets, but we ask for total responsibility regarding dirt and noise. (Non-compliance may result in a fine of R$ 110.00).
- The apartment must be returned organised: dishes washed, rubbish collected and food scraps stored for donation or discarded. (Non-compliance results in a fine of R$ 110.00). Remember to switch off appliances and close windows when leaving.
- The building's quiet hours are from 11:30am to 1:30pm and from 10pm to 8am.
- Use strictly the parking space designated for the apartment. It is expressly forbidden to park in other people's spaces.
