House Rules:
Gramado is 220V.
Check-in is free from 3pm to 10pm and check-out is from 8am to 11am. These times may be altered subject to availability and reception fee (R$100.00).
The apartment must be returned organised: with no dirty dishes, food scraps must be properly stored for donation or discarded, rubbish must be collected. Non-compliance may result in a fine (R$110.00).
Appliances that have been switched on must be switched off and windows must be closed.
There are two quiet hours in the building: from 11:30am to 1:30pm and from 10pm to 8am.
One parking space will be provided. It is strictly forbidden to use it incorrectly or to use other spaces. Additional spaces can be rented from the building manager.
This property has a fixed rate for 6 guests; for each additional guest there is an extra guest fee calculated automatically when you inform the number of people. At the time of booking, all adults, children and babies staying must be informed.
Minimum time between booking and check-in: 3 hours.
All guests must provide a photo ID by check-in.

*Pets are welcome, but it is necessary to be responsible regarding their mess and noise. Non-compliance may result in a fine (R$110.00).
