House Rules:
- Gramado is 220V.
- This property has a fixed rate for up to 4 guests. For each additional guest, an extra guest fee is calculated automatically. At the time of booking, inform all adults, children and babies. Check-in is free from 3pm to 10pm and check-out is until 11am. These times may be changed subject to availability and reception fee (R$100.00).
- The apartment must be returned organised, with no dirty dishes, food scraps must be properly stored for donation or discarded. Non-compliance may result in a fine (R$110.00). Appliances that were turned on must be turned off and windows closed.
- There are two quiet hours in the building: from 11:30am to 1:30pm and from 10pm to 8am.
- One parking space will be provided. It is strictly forbidden to use it incorrectly or to use other spaces.
- Minimum time between booking and check-in 3 hours.
- All guests must provide a photo ID by check-in.
