House Rules:
- Gramado is 220v.
- Check-in is free from 3pm to 10pm and check-out from 8am to 11am. These times may be altered subject to availability and reception fee (R$100.00).
- The apartment must be returned organised: with no dirty dishes, food scraps must be properly stored for donation or discarded, rubbish must be collected. Non-compliance may result in a fine (R$110.00). Appliances that were switched on must be switched off and windows closed.
- There are two quiet hours in the building: from 11:30am to 1:30pm and from 10pm to 8am. One parking space will be provided. It is strictly forbidden to use it incorrectly or to use other spaces.
- This property has a fixed rate for 4 guests; for the fifth guest there is an extra guest fee calculated automatically when the number of people is entered.
- At the time of booking, all adults, children and babies staying must be informed.
- Minimum time between booking and check-in: 3 hours.
- All guests must provide a photo ID by check-in.
