Gramado is 220V.
Check-in is free from 3 PM to 10 PM and check-out from 8 AM to 11 AM. These times may be changed subject to availability and reception fee (R$100.00).
The apartment must be returned organized: without dirty dishes, food remains must be properly stored for donation or discarded, and rubbish must be collected. Non-compliance may result in a fine (R$110.00).
Appliances that were turned on must be switched off and windows closed.
There are two building silence periods: from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM and from 10 PM to 8 AM.
One parking space will be provided. It is expressly forbidden to use it incorrectly or use other spaces.
This property has a fixed rate for 05 guests, with an additional fee for extra guests calculated automatically when informing the number of people. At the time of booking, all adults, children, and babies staying must be reported.
Minimum time between booking and check-in is 3 hours.
All guests must provide a photo ID by check-in. Limit of 05 guests, with an additional fee for each extra guest.
