Important House Rules:
Gramado is 220V.
Check-in and Check-out: Free entry from 3pm to 10pm. Departure from 8am to 11am. Time changes depend on availability and have a reception fee of R$ 100.00. All guests must provide a photo ID before check-in.
The minimum time between booking and check-in is 3 hours.
The fixed rate for the property covers up to 5 guests. Beyond that, there is a charge per extra guest calculated automatically by the system. Please include all adults, children and babies at the time of booking.
The apartment must be returned clean and organised. Dishes washed, rubbish collected and food scraps stored for donation or discarded. (Non-compliance incurs a fine of R$ 110.00). Remember to switch off appliances and close windows when leaving.
Quiet hours are strictly controlled by the building: from 11:30am to 1:30pm and from 10pm to 8am.
Use strictly the parking space designated for the apartment. It is expressly forbidden to park in other spaces or in an incorrect manner.
