Check-in and Check-out: Free entry from 3pm to 10pm. Departure from 8am to 11am. Changes depend on availability and have a reception fee of R$ 100.00.
All guests must provide a photo ID before check-in. The minimum time between booking and check-in is 3 hours.
The fixed rate for this apartment is for up to 4 guests. Beyond that, there is a charge per extra guest calculated automatically by the system. Remember to include all adults, children and babies at the time of booking.
The apartment must be returned organised. Dishes washed, rubbish collected and food scraps stored for donation or discarded. (Non-compliance incurs a fine of R$ 110.00). When leaving, make sure to turn off appliances and close windows.
Strict compliance with building rules: from 11:30am to 1:30pm and from 10pm to 8am.
Use strictly the two parking spaces allocated to the apartment. It is expressly forbidden to park in spaces belonging to other residents/guests.
