Description
Modern apartment with 2 bedrooms, including one suite, spacious living and dining area integrated with the kitchen (fully equipped) and gourmet area with barbecue grill. It also features a service area with a washing machine, complete social bathroom, 1 garage space, and a complete bed and bath linen set for all guests during their stay. Located on one of the city's main avenues, it is approximately 1km from the covered street, and you will find the best of life here without needing to take the car out of the garage.

Check-in is free from 3 PM to 10 PM and check-out from 8 AM to 11 AM. These times may be changed subject to availability and reception fee (R$100.00).
The apartment must be returned organised: without dirty dishes, food remains must be properly stored for donation or discarded, rubbish must be collected. Non-compliance may result in a fine (R$110.00).
Appliances that were turned on must be switched off and windows closed.
There are two building silence periods: from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM and from 10 PM to 8 AM.
One parking space will be provided. It is expressly forbidden to use it incorrectly or use other spaces.
This property has a fixed rate for 04 guests, with each addition incurring an extra guest fee calculated automatically when informing the number of people. At the time of booking, all adults, children, and babies who will be staying must be reported.
Minimum time between booking and check-in is 3 hours.
