- We provide 1 parking space. Parking in third-party spaces is prohibited.
- The apartment must be returned tidy and with the dishes washed. Store leftover food for donation or disposal. When leaving, switch off appliances and close the windows. Non-compliance may result in a fine of R$ 110.00.
- Your pet is very welcome! We only ask for extra responsibility regarding noise and mess to maintain good coexistence with the condominium (fines of R$ 110.00 applicable in case of non-compliance).
