House Rules and Important Information (Valid for both)
Voltage: Attention, the voltage in Gramado is 220V.
Flexible Check-in/Out: Standard check-in is free from 3pm to 10pm and check-out from 8am to 11am. Changes to these times depend on availability and incur a reception fee of R$ 100.00.
Last-Minute Check-in: The minimum time between booking confirmation and check-in is 3 hours.
Identification: All guests must provide an official photo ID before check-in.
Capacity & Rates: The base rate accommodates up to 3 guests. Additions of adults, children or babies generate an extra fee calculated automatically by the system. Please include the exact number of people when booking.
Building Rules: There are two mandatory quiet periods: from 11:30am to 1:30pm and from 10pm to 8am.
Garage: We provide 1 complimentary garage space. Parking in third-party spaces is prohibited.
Organisation and Departure: The apartment must be returned in an organised state. We kindly ask that you wash the dishes, collect the rubbish and store or dispose of food scraps. When leaving, switch off appliances and close the windows. Non-compliance may result in a fine of R$ 110.00.
Pet Friendly: Your pet is very welcome! We only ask for extra responsibility regarding noise and mess to maintain good coexistence with the condominium (fines of R$ 110.00 applicable in case of non-compliance).
