The two-storey layout was designed so that everyone has their own space for peace and unforgettable moments together:
• Main Floor: On this floor you will find a suite, living room with integrated balcony – a bright space to toast to life, American kitchen integrated into the dining room – fully equipped, including a dishwasher.
• Upper Floor: three private suites, intimate lounge – equipped with sofa bed and single bed. (Social & Hospitality):
In addition to these amenities, the apartment has split air conditioning hot/cold in all rooms, with the exception of bathrooms, and high-speed wi-fi, plus 2 parking spaces (one in the building and another in secure parking very close by). Your pet is very welcome here!

The city of Gramado is 220V.
Check-in & Check-out: Free check-in occurs from 3pm to 10pm, and check-out from 8am to 11am. Changes to these times depend on availability and have a convenience fee of R$ 100.00.
It is mandatory to send a photo ID document for all guests before check-in. The minimum time between booking and check-in is 3 hours.
Our fixed rate accommodates up to 5 guests. Additional guests have an extra fee calculated automatically. Please include all adults, children and babies at the time of booking.
The condominium values peace and quiet. Mandatory silence from 11:30am to 1:30pm and from 10pm to 8am.
Use strictly the three parking spaces designated for the apartment.
The property must be returned organised. We ask that you collect the rubbish, close the windows, switch off electrical appliances and do not leave dirty dishes (leftover food should be kept for donation or discarded). Non-compliance may result in a fine of R$ 110.00.
