Check-in and Check-out: Free entry from 3pm to 10pm. Departure from 8am to 11am. Changes depend on availability and have a reception fee of R$ 100.00.
All guests must provide a photo ID before check-in.
The minimum time between booking and check-in is 3 hours.
The fixed rate for this property is for 4 guests. Beyond that, there is a charge per extra guest calculated automatically. Please include all adults, children and babies at the time of booking.
The apartment must be returned clean and organised. Dishes washed, rubbish collected and food scraps stored for donation or discarded. (Non-compliance incurs a fine of R$ 110.00). Remember to switch off appliances and close windows when leaving. Strict compliance with building hours: from 11:30am to 1:30pm and from 10pm to 8am. Use strictly the two parking spaces allocated to the apartment. Parking in other spaces is prohibited.
