• Perfect nights of sleep: There are 3 cosy bedrooms and 2 complete shared bathrooms. To guarantee the ideal climate in any season, the living room and two of the bedrooms have hot/cold air conditioning.
• Care in every detail: We provide complete high-quality bed and bath linens. Just open your suitcase and relax!
• Home convenience: Fully equipped open-plan kitchen to prepare everything from breakfast to special dinners, plus washing and drying machine and high-speed internet for those who need to stay connected or binge-watch a series.

House Rules:
Gramado is 220v.
Check-in is free from 3pm to 10pm and check-out is from 8am to 11am. These times may be changed subject to availability and reception fee (R$100.00).
The apartment must be returned organised: with no dirty dishes, food scraps must be properly stored for donation or discarded, rubbish must be collected. Non-compliance may result in a fine (R$110.00).
Appliances that have been switched on must be switched off and windows must be closed.
There are two quiet hours in the building: from 11:30am to 1:30pm and from 10pm to 8am.
One parking space will be provided. It is strictly forbidden to use it incorrectly or to use other spaces.
This property has a fixed rate for 06 guests; for each additional guest there is an extra guest fee calculated automatically when you inform the number of people.
At the time of booking, all adults, children and babies staying must be informed.
Minimum time between booking and check-in is 3 hours.
All guests must provide a photo ID by check-in.
