The fully equipped American kitchen is a highlight, with a refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, dryer, coffee machine, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, and all the necessary utensils to prepare delicious meals. For moments of relaxation, the accommodation has a barbecue grill and fireplace, perfect for cozy nights.

Two parking spaces facilitate guests' arrival and mobility. The Q/F air conditioning system ensures thermal comfort in any season. Wi-Fi connection and five smart TVs complete the entertainment structure.

Check-in is free from 3 pm to 10 pm and check-out from 8 am to 11 am. These times may be changed subject to availability and reception fee (R$100.00).
The apartment must be returned organised: without dirty dishes, food remains must be properly stored for donation or discarded, rubbish must be collected. Non-compliance may result in a fine (R$110.00).
Appliances that were turned on must be switched off and windows closed.
There are two building silence periods: from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm and from 10 pm to 8 am.
Two parking spaces will be provided. It is strictly forbidden to use them incorrectly or use other spaces.
This property has a fixed rate for 6 guests, with each addition incurring an extra guest fee calculated automatically when informing the number of people. At the time of booking, all adults, children, and babies who will be staying must be reported.
Minimum time between booking and check-in is 3 hours.
All guests must provide a photo ID by check-in.

Pets are welcome, but it is necessary to have responsibility regarding their mess and noise. Non-compliance may result in a fine (R$110.00).
