Check-in is free from 3 PM to 10 PM and check-out from 8 AM to 11 AM. These times may be changed subject to availability and reception fee (R$100.00).
The apartment must be returned organised: without dirty dishes, food remains must be properly stored for donation or discarded, and rubbish must be collected. Non-compliance may result in a fine (R$110.00).
Appliances that were turned on must be switched off and windows closed.
There are two building silence periods: from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM and from 10 PM to 8 AM.
Two parking spaces will be provided. It is strictly forbidden to use them incorrectly or use other spaces.
This property has a fixed rate for 06 guests, with each additional guest incurring an extra guest fee calculated automatically when informing the number of people. At the time of booking, all adults, children, and babies staying must be reported.
Minimum time between booking and check-in is 3 hours.
All guests must provide a photo ID by check-in.

Pets are welcome, but it is necessary to have responsibility regarding their mess and noise. Non-compliance may result in a fine (R$110.00).
