Gramado is 220V.
Check-in and Check-out: Free entry from 3pm to 10pm. Departure from 8am to 11am. Time changes depend on availability and have a reception fee of R$ 100.00.
The fixed rate of the property covers up to 6 guests. From that point on, there is a charge per extra guest calculated automatically by the system. Please include all adults, children and babies at the time of booking.
The use of heating/heater has a daily charge for use, which is settled at the end of the stay.
We accept pets, with full responsibility of the owner regarding cleaning and noise. (Non-compliance may result in a fine of R$ 110.00).
The apartment must be returned clean and organised. Dishes washed, rubbish collected and food scraps stored for donation or discarded. (Non-compliance results in a fine of R$ 110.00). Make sure to turn off appliances and close windows before check-out.
Quiet hours are strictly controlled by the building: from 11:30am to 1:30pm and from 10pm to 8am.
Use strictly the parking space designated for the apartment. It is expressly forbidden to use other spaces or park incorrectly.
