⚠️ Important House Rules
To ensure respect for the condominium and a perfect stay, please pay attention to the following rules:

Voltage: Gramado is 220V.

Check-in and Check-out: Free entry from 3pm to 10pm. Departure from 8am to 11am. Time changes depend on availability and have a reception fee of R$ 100.00.

Capacity and Rates: The fixed rate of the property covers up to 6 guests. Beyond that, there is a charge per extra guest calculated automatically by the system. Please include all adults, children and babies at the time of booking.

🔥 Heating Fee: The use of heating/heater has a daily usage fee, which is settled at the end of the stay.

Pet Policies: We accept pets, with full responsibility of the owner regarding cleanliness and noise. (Non-compliance may result in a fine of R$ 110.00).

Organisation on Departure: The apartment must be handed over clean and organised. Dishes washed, rubbish collected and food scraps stored for donation or discarded. (Non-compliance incurs a fine of R$ 110.00). Make sure to switch off appliances and close the windows before checking out.

Quiet Hours: Strictly enforced by the building: from 11:30 to 13:30 and from 22:00 to 08:00.

Parking: Use strictly the space designated for the apartment. It is expressly prohibited to use other spaces or park incorrectly.
