Check-in & Check-out: Standard check-in is free from 3pm to 10pm, and check-out from 8am to 11am. Changes to these times depend on availability and incur a reception fee of R$ 100.00.
The minimum time between booking and check-in is 3 hours.
All guests must provide a photo ID before check-in.
Pets are welcome! We love animals, but owners must take full responsibility for cleaning up after their pet and any noise. Non-compliance will result in a fine of R$ 110.00.
The apartment must be returned in order: no dirty dishes, rubbish collected and food scraps properly disposed of or kept for donation. Failure to comply may result in a fine of R$ 110.00.
The building has two strict quiet periods: from 11:30am to 1:30pm and from 10pm to 8am. Use strictly the two parking spaces allocated to the property. It is strictly forbidden to park incorrectly or occupy neighbours' spaces.
When leaving the property, make sure to close all windows and turn off lights, TVs and air conditioning units.
This property has a fixed rate for up to 6 guests. Above this number, there is a charge per additional guest calculated automatically by the platform. At the time of booking, please inform the correct total number of adults, children and babies.
