Spacious ground floor duplex apartment with 200m², with 3 suites. On the main floor, the apartment also has a bedroom, powder room, complete independent kitchen, laundry room with washer and dryer, living room with three environments (living, dining and gourmet barbecue area) with a view of Vale do Quilombo. On the upper floor are the three suites: all have a closet, with the rose suite featuring a bathtub and the master suite having a view of the Valley and a king-size bed. On the same floor, there is also a second living room with TV.
Located about 2km from Rua Coberta, the apartment has easy access to the centre of Gramado and also to Canela. It also has markets, bars, restaurants and pharmacies nearby. The walk to Rua Coberta takes about 20 minutes and passes by the Vale do Quilombo viewpoint, where tourists tie their ribbons and make their wishes. Leave the car in the two garage spaces and come realise your dreams in this fantastic accommodation.
Gramado is 220V.
Check-in is free from 3 pm to 10 pm and check-out from 8 am to 11 am. These times may be changed subject to availability and reception fee (R$100.00).
The apartment must be returned organised: without dirty dishes, food remains must be properly stored for donation or discarded, rubbish must be collected. Non-compliance may result in a fine (R$110.00).
Appliances that were turned on must be switched off and windows closed.
There are two building silence periods: from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm and from 10 pm to 8 am.
Two parking spaces will be provided. It is expressly forbidden to use them incorrectly or use other spaces.
This property has a fixed rate for 6 guests, with each addition incurring an extra guest fee calculated automatically when informing the number of people. At the time of booking, all adults, children, and babies who will be staying must be reported.
Minimum time between booking and check-in is 3 hours.
All guests must provide a photo ID by check-in.
This property has a heating fee of R$80.00/day.
