⚠️ Important House Rules
To ensure a perfect experience and compliance with condominium regulations, we ask for attention to the following points:

Voltage: Gramado is 220V.

Check-in and Check-out: Free entry from 3pm to 10pm. Departure from 8am to 11am. Time changes depend on availability and have a reception fee of R$ 100.00.

Identification and Deadlines: All guests must provide a photo ID before check-in. The minimum time between booking and check-in is 3 hours.

Capacity and Rates: The fixed rate of the property covers up to 4 guests. Beyond that, there is a charge per extra guest calculated automatically by the system. Please include all adults, children and babies at the time of booking.

Organisation on Departure: The apartment must be handed over clean and organised. Dishes washed, rubbish collected and food scraps stored for donation or discarded. (Non-compliance incurs a fine of R$ 110.00). Remember to switch off all appliances and close the windows before leaving.

Quiet Hours: Strictly enforced by the building: from 11:30 to 13:30 and from 22:00 to 08:00.

Parking: Use strictly the space designated for the apartment. It is prohibited to park incorrectly or in spaces belonging to others.
