House Rules and Important Information
Please read carefully to ensure a peaceful stay:
Voltage: Gramado is 220V. Be careful when plugging in your electronic devices.
Check-in and Check-out: Free check-in: from 3pm to 10pm. Free check-out: from 8am to 11am. Attention: Changes to these times depend on availability and have a reception fee of R$ 100.00. The minimum time between booking and check-in is 3 hours.
Identification: All guests must provide a photo ID before check-in. Extra Guests: The fixed rate covers up to 3 guests. Additions have an extra fee calculated automatically. Make sure to include all adults, children and babies at the time of booking.
Building Quiet Hours: From 11:30am to 1:30pm and from 10pm to 8am. We rely on your good sense.
Parking Space: Includes 1 space. It is strictly forbidden to use other spaces or park incorrectly.
Check-out and Organisation: The apartment must be returned organised. We ask that you do not leave dirty dishes, store or dispose of food scraps and collect the rubbish. Switch off appliances (such as the air conditioning unit) and close all windows when leaving. Non-compliance may result in a fine of R$ 110.00.
