Description
This apartment is your new opportunity to live in the centre of Gramado, about 600m from Rua Coberta, without needing a car! Decorated with great care in every detail, it will provide: one garage space, high-speed internet, one suite and one bedroom, full social bathroom, barbecue, fireplace, clothes dryer and complete bedding for your stay!
The living area has three environments (kitchen, lounge and dining) with fireplace and barbecue and will provide a space for you to enjoy moments of relaxation as a group, with great taste, making winter days special! Located in a tree-lined area, the view from the living room overlooks the tree canopy with great peace and quiet!
The fully equipped kitchen has a clothes dryer, refrigerator, coffee maker, sandwich maker, microwave and cooker. At the table, up to 06 guests can sit for meals or simply enjoy a hot chocolate or a wine. The apartment also has a laundry room with washer and dryer.
In the private area we find two bedrooms, one being a suite, each with electric heaters, venetian blinds and shutters that bring cosiness. The suite has a queen bed and the other bedroom has two single beds. There is also the sofa bed in the living room to accommodate larger groups comfortably.
The apartment also has a garage space and complete bedding for your stay, so your only concern will be to enjoy it to the fullest!
House Rules:
Gramado is 220v.
Check-in is free from 3pm to 10pm and check-out is from 8am to 11am. These times may be changed subject to availability and a reception fee (R$100.00).
The apartment must be returned organised: with no dirty dishes, food scraps must be properly stored for donation or discarded, rubbish must be collected. Non-compliance may result in a fine (R$110.00).
Appliances that have been switched on must be switched off and windows must be closed.
There are two quiet hours in the building: from 11:30am to 1:30pm and from 10pm to 8am.
One parking space will be provided. It is strictly forbidden to use it incorrectly or to use other spaces.
This property has a fixed rate for 4 guests; for each additional guest there is an extra guest fee calculated automatically when you inform the number of people.
At the time of booking, all adults, children and babies staying must be informed.
Minimum time between booking and check-in is 3 hours.
All guests must provide a photo ID by check-in.
