The complete kitchen includes a dishwasher, barbecue grill, refrigerator, coffee maker, sandwich maker, microwave, cooktop and stove. At the table, up to 06 guests can sit for meals or simply enjoy a hot chocolate or a wine. The apartment also has a laundry room with washer and dryer.

In the intimate area we find two suites, each one with Q/F split, blackout blinds and curtains that bring cosiness. One of the suites has a queen bed and the other suite has a double bed. Each suite also has a spare mattress, ideal for the kids!

The apartment also includes a garage space and complete furnishings for your stay, so your only concern will be to make the most of it!

House Rules:
Gramado is 220v.
Check-in is free from 3pm to 10pm and check-out is from 8am to 11am. These times may be altered subject to availability and reception fee (R$100.00).
The apartment must be returned organised: with no dirty dishes, food scraps must be properly stored for donation or discarded, rubbish must be collected. Non-compliance may result in a fine (R$110.00).
Appliances that have been switched on must be switched off and windows must be closed.
There are two quiet hours in the building: from 11:30am to 1:30pm and from 10pm to 8am.
One parking space will be provided. It is strictly forbidden to use it incorrectly or to use other spaces.
This property has a fixed rate for 4 guests; for each additional guest there is an extra guest fee calculated automatically when you inform the number of people.
At the time of booking, all adults, children and babies staying must be informed.
Minimum time between booking and check-in is 3 hours.
All guests must provide a photo ID by check-in.
