Spacious living room with three environments (kitchen, living room and dining room) and powder room will provide a cosy space for you to enjoy moments of relaxation as a group! In addition to the electric fireplace, it also features hot/cold split air conditioning and a balcony. The fully equipped kitchen includes a barbecue grill, refrigerator, coffee maker, sandwich maker, microwave, cooktop and stove. At the table, up to 06 guests can sit comfortably. The apartment also has a laundry room with washer and dryer.

In the intimate area we find two air-conditioned suites, each one with split Q/F, smart TV, blackout blinds and curtains that bring cosiness. One of the suites has a queen bed and an auxiliary single bed (like a bunk bed, being stored under the queen bed box when not in use in order to optimise space). The other suite has two single beds that can form a queen bed, plus an auxiliary single bed.

House Rules:
- Gramado is 220v.
- Check-in is free from 3pm to 10pm and check-out from 8am to 11am. These times may be altered subject to availability and reception fee (R$100.00).
- The apartment must be returned organised: with no dirty dishes, food scraps must be properly stored for donation or discarded, rubbish must be collected. Non-compliance may result in a fine (R$110.00). Appliances that were switched on must be switched off and windows closed.
- There are two quiet hours in the building: from 11:30am to 1:30pm and from 10pm to 8am.
- One parking space will be provided. It is strictly forbidden to use it incorrectly or to use other spaces.
- This property has a fixed rate for 4 guests; for each additional guest there is an extra guest fee calculated automatically when the number of people is informed. At the time of booking, all adults, children and babies staying must be informed.
- Minimum time between booking and check-in: 3 hours.
- All guests must provide a photo ID by check-in.
