Located in the heart of Gramado, facing Praça das Rosas (with children's playground, on the extension of Rua Torta), it is about 600m from Rua Coberta and will allow you to enjoy the centre by leaving your car in the garage (1 space)! You will find several restaurants, markets and tourist attractions very close to the building!

Large air-conditioned living room with 4 environments (living room, dining room, fully equipped American kitchen and closed veranda with a view of the square) with fireplace and barbecue grill. You will also have at your disposal a complete and well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washer-dryer, high-speed internet and complete high-standard bed linen for your stay. 1 full bathroom. 1 garage space. This apartment comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests.

There are 4 bedrooms, all air-conditioned with hot/cold split units and smart TV, distributed as follows:
Bedroom 1 - Suite (main floor) with queen bed, full bathroom.
Bedroom 2 – (main floor) Queen bed.
Bedroom 3 – Suite (upper floor) Queen bed, single bed with auxiliary bed, full bathroom
Bedroom 4 – Suite (upper floor) Queen bed, single bed with auxiliary bed, full bathroom with bathtub.

House Rules:
- Gramado is 220V.
- Check-in is free from 3pm to 10pm and check-out from 8am to 11am. These times may be altered subject to availability and reception fee (R$100.00).
- The apartment must be returned organised: with no dirty dishes, food scraps must be properly stored for donation or disposed of, rubbish must be collected. Non-compliance may result in a fine (R$110.00). Appliances that were switched on must be switched off and windows must be closed.
- There are two quiet hours in the building: from 11:30am to 1:30pm and from 10pm to 8am.
- One parking space will be provided. It is strictly forbidden to use it incorrectly or to use other spaces.
- This property has a fixed rate for 6 guests; for each additional guest there is an extra guest fee calculated automatically when you inform the number of people. At the time of booking, all adults, children and babies staying during the visit must be informed.
- Minimum time between booking and check-in: 3 hours.
- All guests must provide a photo ID by check-in.
