Description
This apartment is your new opportunity to experience the centre of Gramado without needing a car, approximately 400m from Rua Coberta, in a safe area for your walks! Decorated with great care in every detail, the apartment features: two parking spaces, high-speed internet, two bedrooms (one being a suite), split air conditioning/heating in the living room and bedrooms, washer-dryer and complete bedding for your stay!
The living room has three areas (kitchen, lounge and dining) with a barbecue and balcony and will provide a space for you to enjoy moments of relaxation in a group with great taste! In addition to split air conditioning/heating, it features a fireplace, making summer and winter days special!
The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, barbecue, refrigerator, coffee maker, sandwich maker, microwave, hob and cooker. At the table, up to 04 guests can sit for meals or simply enjoy a hot chocolate or a glass of wine. The apartment also has a hair dryer and laundry room with washer-dryer.
In the private area we find two bedrooms, one being a suite, and a complete social bathroom. Both have split air conditioning/heating and blackout curtains that bring cosiness. The suite has a queen bed and the other bedroom has two single beds that can be joined together to form a queen bed as well.
The apartment also provides two parking spaces and complete bedding for your stay, so your only concern will be to make the most of it!

Gramado is 220v.
Check-in is free from 3pm to 10pm and check-out is from 8am to 11am. These times may be altered subject to availability and a reception fee (R$100.00).
The apartment must be returned organised: with no dirty dishes, food scraps must be properly stored for donation or discarded, rubbish must be collected. Non-compliance may result in a fine (R$110.00).
Appliances that have been switched on must be switched off and windows must be closed.
There are two quiet hours in the building: from 11:30am to 1:30pm and from 10pm to 8am.
Two parking spaces will be provided. It is strictly forbidden to use them incorrectly or to use other spaces.
At the time of booking, all adults, children and babies staying must be informed.
This apartment has a fixed rate for up to 03 guests and for each additional guest there is an extra guest fee calculated automatically.
Minimum time between booking and check-in 3 hours.
All guests must provide a photo ID by check-in.
