- Check-in and Check-out: Free entry from 3pm to 10pm. Departure by 11am. Time changes depend on availability and have a reception fee of R$ 100.00.
- All guests must provide a photo ID before check-in.
- The minimum time between booking and check-in is 3 hours.
- The fixed rate of the property covers up to 4 guests. Beyond that, there is a charge per extra guest calculated automatically by the system. Please include all adults, children and babies at the time of booking.
- The apartment must be returned clean and organised. Dishes washed, rubbish collected and food scraps stored for donation or discarded. (Non-compliance incurs a fine of R$ 110.00). Remember to close the windows and turn off appliances and lights when leaving.
Quiet hours are strictly controlled by the building: from 11:30am to 1:30pm and from 10pm to 8am.
- Use strictly the parking space designated for the apartment. It is forbidden to park in other people's spaces.
