For everything to go smoothly, we ask that you pay attention to some rules and warnings:

⚠️ Important (Documents and Garage): If the necessary documents for check-in are not sent at least 24 hours in advance, there may not be enough time for your access to be released. To use the parking space, it is mandatory to send the vehicle's licence plate in advance for registration with the condominium administration.

⚠️ The condominium has a 24-hour concierge, but your access to the apartment will be done autonomously (Self check-in) through a password on the electronic lock.

⚠️ The concierge is not authorised to store luggage, but you can leave your baggage at our agency if you wish.

⚠️ Making noise from 22:00 onwards is not permitted (Quiet Hours Law).

⚠️ Waste disposal: Please dispose of rubbish properly in the bins designated by the condominium.

⚠️ This property does not allow pets (Not Pet-Friendly).

⚠️ Use the service entrance and lift when carrying heavy luggage or wet clothing.

⚠️ When leaving, check that you have switched off all electrical equipment (especially air conditioning units). Non-compliance may result in a deduction of R$100.00 per day from the security deposit.

⚠️ Check-in from 15:00 and check-out before 11:00. Please enquire about availability for early check-in or late check-out.

⚠️ Cleaning and Linens: We do not provide daily cleaning during your stay. The accommodation will be delivered clean and ready for use, with 1 set of bed linen per bed and one towel per guest. Extra cleaning services or linen changes can be arranged and paid separately.
