For everything to go smoothly, we ask you to pay attention to some rules and warnings:

⚠️ Important: If the necessary documents for check-in (and garage space registration) are not sent at least 24 hours in advance, there may not be enough time to release your access to the property and condominium.

⚠️ The condominium has 24-hour reception, but your access to the apartment will be autonomous through a password on the electronic lock.

⚠️ The concierge is not authorised to store luggage, but you can leave your baggage at our agency if you wish.

⚠️ Making noise from 22:00 onwards is not permitted (Quiet Hours Law).

⚠️ Rubbish disposal: Very convenient, simply dispose of rubbish in the bin located next to the apartment, available 24 hours.

⚠️ This property does not allow pets (Not Pet-Friendly).

⚠️ When leaving, check that you have switched off all electrical equipment (especially air conditioning units). Non-compliance may result in a deduction of R$100.00 per day from the security deposit.

⚠️ Check-in from 15:00 and check-out before 11:00. Please enquire about availability for early check-in or late check-out.

⚠️ Cleaning and Linens: We do not provide daily cleaning during your stay. The accommodation will be delivered clean and ready for use, with 1 set of bed linen per bed and one towel per guest. Extra cleaning services or linen changes can be arranged and paid separately.
