For everything to go smoothly, we ask that you pay attention to some rules and notices:

⚠️ Important (Documents and Concierge): The form with the period of stay, names and documents (ID, CPF or Passport) of all guests must be delivered to the concierge before check-in. If documents are not sent to our team at least 24 hours in advance, there may not be enough time for clearance.

⚠️ Concierge Hours (Attention to Check-in): The building does NOT have 24-hour concierge every day. Plan your arrival and departure considering that there is NO concierge at the following times:

Monday from 22:00 until 06:00 on Tuesday;

Saturdays and Sundays: from 06:00 to 09:00 and from 13:00 to 14:00;

Last Sunday of the month: from 22:00 until 06:00 on Monday.
(At all other times from Tuesday to Friday, it operates 24 hours).

⚠️ The concierge is not authorised to store luggage, but you can leave your baggage at our agency if you wish.

⚠️ Making noise from 22:00 onwards is not permitted (Quiet Hours Law).

⚠️ This property does not allow pets (Not Pet-Friendly).

⚠️ When leaving, check that you have switched off all electrical equipment (especially the air conditioning). Non-compliance may result in a deduction of R$100.00 per day from the security deposit.

⚠️ Check-in from 15:00 and check-out before 11:00. Please enquire about availability for early check-in or late check-out.

⚠️ Cleaning and Linens: We do not provide daily cleaning during your stay. The accommodation will be delivered clean and ready for use, with 1 set of bed linen and one towel per guest. Additional services can be arranged separately.
