The building where the apartment is located offers excellent infrastructure, with a swimming pool, parking and a well-equipped playground for children. The location is privileged: just 12 minutes walking from Rio Sul Shopping, 9 minutes by car from Vermelha Beach, 13 minutes from Urca's Wall and 6 minutes from the iconic Copacabana Beach. Additionally, it is surrounded by a wide variety of restaurants, supermarkets and shops, ensuring practicality and comfort throughout your stay.

To ensure everything goes smoothly, we ask that you pay attention to some house rules and notices:

⚠️ The reception is not authorised to store guests' luggage, however, if you wish, you can leave your bags here at our agency.

⚠️ It is not permitted to make noise after 10 pm (Noise Ordinance). Also avoid noise during rest hours, even during the day.

⚠️ The tenant must provide a list with the full names and identity documents of all people who will be staying in the apartment during their stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the reservation. People who are not on the provided list cannot enter the building.

⚠️ On the registration form, it is mandatory to include a photo ID.

⚠️ If arriving by vehicle, it is necessary to inform the licence plate number in advance.

⚠️ Separate organic waste from recyclable waste, disposing of them in different rubbish bags.

⚠️ Use the service entrance and lift when carrying luggage or swimwear.

⚠️ Respect the maximum capacity of the lift to ensure everyone's safety.

⚠️ Corridors and common areas must remain organised and respecting the building's coexistence rules.

⚠️ When leaving the apartment, check that you have switched off all electrical equipment. Failure to comply with this item may result in the landlord deducting £100 per day from the security deposit.

⚠️ Our check-in is done in person and is carried out from 3 pm and our check-out before 11 am. If you want to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, please check availability.

⚠️ For each booking, we provide 1 set of bedding per bed and one towel per guest. Bed and bath linen exchange service can be hired and paid separately. Be careful with products that may damage them, as any damaged items may be debited from your security deposit.

⚠️ All guests must send their identification document at least 24 hours before arrival.
