This apartment is located close to the centre of Rio de Janeiro, just 10 minutes from the metro station. Situated in a central and strategic area, it offers easy access to a wide variety of restaurants, bars and shops, as well as all the amenities necessary to make the most of the city.

Moreover, the building features a 24-hour shop, available every day of the week, offering convenience and a variety of products during your stay. The shop is located in the common area on the 4th floor, with access via the lift (press button 3).

⚠️ Services such as: cot, early check-in and late check-out may have additional charges, if you have any doubts, please contact us for further clarification.

⚠️ The caretaker is not authorised to store guests' luggage, however, if you wish, you can leave your luggage here at our agency.

⚠️ It is not permitted to make noise after 10 pm (Noise Ordinance).

⚠️ The tenant shall provide a list with the full names and identity documents of all persons who will be staying in the apartment during the stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the booking. Persons not on the provided list will not be allowed to enter the building.

⚠️ Separate organic waste from recyclables, depositing them in different rubbish bags.

⚠️ Use the entrance and service lift when carrying luggage or bathing clothes.

⚠️ When leaving the apartment, ensure that all electrical equipment is switched off. Failure to comply with this item may result in the landlord deducting £100 per day from the guarantee deposit.

⚠️Our check-in is from 3 PM and our check-out is before 11 AM. If you wish to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, please check availability.

⚠️ For each booking, we provide 1 set of bedding per bed and one towel per guest. Bed and bath linen exchange service can be hired and paid separately. Be careful with products that may damage them, as any damaged items may be debited from your security deposit.

⚠️ Hygiene articles, such as toilet paper, are only provided at the beginning of the stay and are not replenished.

⚠️ All guests must send their identification document at least 24 hours before arrival.
