Private Accommodation: Equipped with 1 comfortable double bed, 1 bunk bed (accommodates up to 4 people perfectly), powerful air conditioning and mini fridge.

Bathroom: Private and complete for total privacy of your group.

External Area: A delightful grassed area with a hammock for relaxation, a refreshing swimming pool and a community barbecue area for socialising moments.

Gourmet Kitchen: Shared space fully equipped for you to prepare your meals. It features a refrigerator, stove, air fryer, sandwich maker, blender and utensils.

Convenience: Thinking of your comfort, we have a variety of beverages available for sale on the premises.

🍳 Note about meals: We do not yet serve breakfast, but we offer all the infrastructure and utensils for you to prepare your breakfast and other meals your way and in your own time!

Located at the entrance of the village, the suite is the perfect starting point to explore the best of the region. You will be just a few steps away from:

Paradisiacal trails to the beach and excellent local restaurants.

Buggy rides (Costa Dourada and Riacho Doce) and quad biking.

Kayaking adventures on the Itaúnas River, forró classes with the traditional "Estilo Itaúnas" Forró School and several forró houses to enjoy the night!

📋 House Rules and Important Information
To ensure everything goes smoothly during your stay, we ask that you pay attention to the rules of our space:

⚠️ Pre-Check-in and Identification (Very Important!)
Document Submission: All guests must submit their identification document at least 24 hours before arrival.

If the documents are not sent within the deadline, there may not be sufficient time for access to be released, making check-in on the same day impossible.

Guest List: The tenant must provide a list with the full names and documents of all people staying, respecting the reservation limit. People not on the list cannot access the premises (the common area is exclusive to registered guests).

⏰ Opening Hours and Additional Services
Check-in and Check-out: Check-in is from 14:00 onwards and check-out is before 10:00.

Schedule changes: If you wish to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, please check availability beforehand. Services such as cot, early check-in or late check-out may incur additional charges. Early departures should also be notified to the management.

🤫 Coexistence and Quiet Hours
Quiet Hours: Strictly from 22:00 (Quiet Law) and before 08:00.

🔑 Security: The keyring in your room has the key to the front door. It is essential to carry it with you and lock the front door whenever you enter or leave. Keys must be returned at the end of your stay (in case of loss, damage charges will apply).

🏊‍♂️ Swimming Pool Usage
Operating hours from 8am to 10pm (depth of 1.40m throughout).

Mandatory to use the shower before entering.

Children under 7 years old must always be accompanied by adults.

It is forbidden to run around the area, jump or engage in pushing games (risk of falling).

It is forbidden to consume food or beverages inside the swimming pool. Do not use glass cups or bottles around it.

🧹 Household, Hygiene and Cleaning
Bed and Bath Linens: We provide 1 set of bed linen per bed and one towel per guest. Extra changes can be arranged and paid separately. Be careful with products that may stain them, as damaged items will be charged to the security deposit.

Hygiene Items: Items such as toilet paper are provided only at the beginning of the stay (welcome) and are not replenished.

Shared Kitchen: We adopt the "use it, clean it" policy to keep the space always organised for everyone.

Room Cleaning: During your stay, rooms will not be cleaned. We provide cleaning supplies in the service area if you wish to carry out any cleaning yourself.

🛑 Restrictions and Damage
Pets of any size or species are not permitted.

It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the rooms. If signs of cigarette smoke are identified in the room, a cleaning charge will be applied.

🌱 Sustainability: Please turn off the lights, air conditioning and other equipment every time you leave the room.

The guest must compensate for any damage caused to the establishment through misuse of equipment or objects.
