Private Accommodation: Equipped with 1 comfortable double bed, 1 bunk bed (comfortably accommodates up to 4 people), powerful air conditioning and a minibar.

Bathroom: Private and complete for total privacy of your group.

⚡ Voltage: The room sockets are 127V.

🏊 Leisure and Shared Areas
External Area: A lovely grassed area with hammocks to relax, refreshing pool and communal barbecue for socialising moments.

Gourmet Kitchen: Shared space and fully equipped for you to prepare your meals. It has a fridge, cooker, air fryer, sandwich maker, blender and utensils.

Convenience: With your comfort in mind, we have a selection of beverages available on site.

🍳 Note about meals: We do not yet serve breakfast, but we offer all the infrastructure and utensils for you to prepare your breakfast and other meals your way and at your own pace!

📋 House Rules and Important Information
For everything to go well during your stay, we ask that you pay attention to the rules of our space:

⚠️ Pre-Check-in and Identification (Very Important!)
Sending Documents: All guests must send their identification document at least 24 hours before arrival.

If documents are not sent within the deadline, there may not be sufficient time to release access, making check-in on the same day impossible.

Guest List: The tenant must provide a list with the full names and documents of all people staying, respecting the maximum limit of 4 guests from the booking. People not on the list cannot access the premises (the common area is exclusive to registered guests).

⏰ Check-in/Check-out Times and Additional Services
Check-in and Check-out: Check-in is from 14:00 onwards and check-out before 10:00.

Time changes: If you wish to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, please check availability beforehand. Services such as cot, early check-in or late checkout may incur additional charges. Early departures must also be notified to the administration.

🤫 Cohabitation and Quiet Hours
Quiet Hours: Strictly from 22:00 onwards (Quiet Hours Law) and before 08:00.

🔑 Security: Your room keybox contains the front door key. It is essential to carry it with you and lock the front door whenever you enter or leave. Keys must be returned at the end of your stay (in case of loss, damage charges will apply).

🏊‍♂️ Pool Use
Operating hours from 08:00 to 22:00 (depth of 1.40m in all areas).

Shower before entering is mandatory.

Children under 7 years old must always be accompanied by adults.

Running around the pool, jumping or pushing games are prohibited (risk of falling).

Consuming food or drinks inside the pool is prohibited. Do not use glass cups or bottles around it.

🧹 Linens, Hygiene and Cleaning
Bed and Bath Linens: We provide 1 set of bed linen per bed and one towel per guest. Extra changes can be arranged and paid separately. Be careful with products that may stain them, as damaged items will be charged to the security deposit.

Hygiene Items: Items such as toilet paper are provided only at the beginning of your stay (welcome package) and are not restocked.

Shared Kitchen: We adopt a "use it, clean it" policy to keep the space always organised for everyone.

Room Cleaning: Rooms will not be cleaned during your stay. We provide cleaning supplies in the service area if you wish to do any cleaning yourself.

🛑 Restrictions and Damage
Pets of any size or species are not permitted.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms.

🌱 Sustainability: Please turn off the lights, air conditioning and other equipment every time you leave the room.

Guests must compensate for any damage caused to the establishment due to misuse of equipment or objects.
