For everything to go smoothly, we ask you to pay attention to some rules and warnings:

⚠️ Important: If the necessary documents for check-in are not sent at least 24 hours in advance, there may not be enough time for your access to be released.

⚠️ The building's reception desk operates from 08:00 to 20:00 (with a break from 12:00 to 13:00). Your access to the studio will be easy and direct, via a code on the electronic lock.

⚠️ The reception desk is not authorised to store luggage, but you can leave your baggage at our agency if you wish.

⚠️ No noise is permitted from 22:00 onwards (Quiet Hours).

⚠️ Rubbish disposal: Small items should be disposed of in the corridor bin; larger items, in the corner of the social staircase.

⚠️ This property does not allow pets (Not Pet-Friendly).

⚠️ Use the service entrance and lift when you have luggage or swimwear.

⚠️ When leaving, check that you have switched off all electrical equipment (especially the air conditioning). Non-compliance may result in a deduction of R$100.00 per day from the security deposit.

⚠️ Check-in from 3pm and check-out before 11am. Please enquire about availability for early check-in or late check-out.

⚠️ Cleaning and Linens: We do not provide daily cleaning during your stay. The accommodation will be delivered clean and ready to use, with 1 set of bed linen per bed and one towel per guest. Extra cleaning services or linen changes can be arranged and paid separately.
