The accommodation building has an excellent infrastructure, including a swimming pool, laundry and gym. The accommodation is just 11 minutes from Allianz Parque, stage for Palmeiras matches and major events, 9 minutes from Sesc Pompeia, an important architectural symbol that brings together cultural activities, workshops and sports courts, and is also 9 minutes from Bourbon Shopping, surrounded by markets, shops and restaurants, ensuring practicality and comfort during your stay!

Washing and drying machine available for guests' use. The cost is R$ 15.07 per cycle (wash and dry), paid directly at the time of use.

🚨 Note: It is MANDATORY to send a photo of each guest with a white background in advance to release access. Failure to send the photo within these specifications may prevent the guest(s) from accessing the accommodation.

📢 Important information: Valuing transparency in communication, we inform that, as this is a recently launched condominium, some neighbouring units are still undergoing renovation during business hours. For this reason, occasional noise may occur throughout the day. We appreciate your understanding in advance.

To ensure everything goes smoothly, we ask that you pay attention to some house rules and notices:

⚠️ The reception is not authorised to store guests' luggage, however, if you wish, you can leave your bags here at our agency.

⚠️ It is not permitted to make noise after 10 pm (Noise Ordinance).

⚠️ The tenant must provide a list with the full names and identity documents of all people who will be staying in the apartment during their stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the reservation. People who are not on the provided list cannot enter the building.

⚠️ Separate organic waste from recyclable waste, disposing of them in different rubbish bags.

⚠️ Use the service entrance and lift when carrying luggage or swimwear.

⚠️ When leaving the apartment, check that you have switched off all electrical equipment. Failure to comply with this item may result in the landlord deducting £100 per day from the security deposit.

⚠️ Our check-in is carried out from 3 pm and our check-out before 11 am. If you wish to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, please check availability.

⚠️ For each booking, we provide 1 set of bedding per bed and one towel per guest. Bed and bath linen exchange service can be hired and paid separately. Be careful with products that may damage them, as any damaged items may be debited from your security deposit.

⚠️ All guests must send their identification document at least 24 hours before arrival.
