It is fully air-conditioned with hot/cold air conditioning and electric heating, featuring a smart TV. The kitchen comes equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, blender and a complete set of crockery and utensils.

House Rules:
- The voltage in Gramado is 220V.
- Check-in and Check-out: Free entry from 3pm to 10pm. Departure from 8am to 11am. Changes depend on availability and have a reception fee of R$ 100.00.
- All guests must provide a photo ID before check-in. Minimum time between booking and check-in is 3 hours.
- The fixed rate covers up to 3 guests. From that point on, there is a charge per extra guest calculated automatically. Please inform all adults, children and babies in the booking.
- Please confirm pool availability before booking, as it may undergo seasonal maintenance. Being a shared pool, it is switched off; simply ask the condominium staff to turn it on.
- We accept pets, with full responsibility of the owner regarding cleanliness and noise. (Non-compliance may result in a fine of R$ 110.00).
- The apartment must be returned clean and organised. Dishes washed, rubbish collected and food scraps stored for donation or discarded. (Non-compliance results in a fine of R$ 110.00). Remember to switch off electrical appliances/heaters and close the windows when leaving.
- We request strict compliance with the building's quiet hours rules: from 11:30am to 1:30pm and from 10pm to 8am.
- Use strictly the only parking space allocated to the apartment. It is forbidden to use other spaces.
