This apartment can be your next opportunity to enjoy Gramado like a native! Located approximately 80m from the Black Lake, it will allow you to walk around the surroundings without worrying about the car! The neighbourhood is quiet and has nearby markets and restaurants.
Located in a tree-lined and peaceful condominium, the property has one bedroom, social bathroom, equipped kitchen, water filter, barbecue area, living room with two environments (living and dining), sofa bed, high-speed wi-fi, smart TV, Chilean heater, balcony, complete bedding and one garage space. At the table, up to 06 people can sit for a dinner or a card game, and the balcony allows you to contemplate the garden while enjoying a wine or a chimarrão!
The condominium offers a heated swimming pool and tennis court.

Gramado is 220V.
Check-in is free from 3 pm to 10 pm and check-out from 8 am to 11 am. These times may be changed subject to availability and reception fee (R$100.00).
The apartment must be returned organised: without dirty dishes, food remains must be properly stored for donation or discarded, and rubbish must be collected. Non-compliance may result in a fine (R$110.00).
Appliances that were turned on must be switched off and windows closed.
There are two building silence periods: from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm and from 10 pm to 8 am.
One parking space will be provided. It is strictly forbidden to use it incorrectly or use other spaces.
This property has a fixed rate for 03 guests, with each addition incurring an extra guest fee calculated automatically when informing the number of people. At the time of booking, all adults, children, and babies staying must be reported.
Minimum time between booking and check-in is 3 hours.
All guests must provide a photo ID by check-in.
Pets are welcome, but it is necessary to have responsibility regarding their mess and noise. Non-compliance may result in a fine (R$110.00).
