⚠️ Important House Rules
To ensure respect for the condominium and a perfect stay, please pay attention to the following rules:

Voltage: Gramado is 220V.

Check-in and Check-out: Free entry from 3pm to 10pm. Departure from 8am to 11am. Changes depend on availability and have a reception fee of R$ 100.00.

Identification and Deadlines: All guests must provide a photo ID before check-in. The minimum time between booking and check-in is 3 hours.

Capacity and Rates: The fixed rate covers up to 3 guests. Beyond that, there is a charge per extra guest calculated automatically. Please inform all adults, children and babies in the booking.

ℹ️ Pool Usage: Please confirm availability before booking, as it may undergo seasonal maintenance. Being a shared pool, it is turned off; simply request the condominium staff member to turn it on.

Pet Policies: We accept pets, with full responsibility of the owner regarding cleanliness and noise. (Non-compliance may result in a fine of R$ 110.00).

Organisation on Departure: The apartment must be handed over clean and organised. Dishes washed, rubbish collected and food scraps stored for donation or discarded. (Non-compliance incurs a fine of R$ 110.00). Remember to switch off electrical appliances/heaters and close the windows when leaving.

Quiet Hours: Strict respect for building rules: from 11:30 to 13:30 and from 22:00 to 08:00.

Parking: Use strictly only the space designated for the apartment. It is forbidden to use other people's spaces.
